360 Bronze Women CEO peer groups sizes ranges from 8 to 12 members as we find that these size groups are beneficial in allowing new ideas and perspectives to be introduced effectively to smaller groups in the monthly Zoom morning meeting sessions.

While some peer groups only serve companies in the same industries, 360 Bronze forms groups across a diversity of industries and company sizes. We find that peer groups with women members from a variety of industries and gross revenues are typically more insightful and enable group members to derive more value from the group as some of the best ideas tend to come from industries outside their own.
